Farmacy Beauty is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If not absolutely satisfied, new or gently used items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the purchase to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or gift card credit. All kits, gift sets, and duos must be returned with all items in the kit to receive a refund or credit.

There is a Holiday Extended Return Policy where items purchased between November 11, 2022, and December 25, 2022, may be returned through January 8, 2023. All purchases made after December 25, 2022, are subject to the Standard Return Policy. Free samples and Gift with Purchase items are not eligible for return and are final sale. Gift orders are eligible for return, provided the recipient has the original order number. Gift Returns will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.

Return Shipping is free (US Domestic + Puerto Rico only). At the end of the return portal process, a return label will be provided to ship the items back.

For shipping, all orders placed Monday–Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please allow an additional 5-7 business days from the shipping option selected for orders to arrive. PO Boxes and Military AFO/APO boxes may experience longer transit times. All shipments are shipped via FedEx, which will be handed off to USPS in the last leg of transit.
